Michael Weingarten
Chairman
Mr. Weingarten is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in managing companies from early stage of development to multimillion dollar corporations worldwide.
Mr. Weingarten has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having participated in over 40 M&A transactions in his career.
Mr. Weingarten has served as Chairman, CEO and President in both publicly traded and privately owned companies. Mr. Weingarten has a particular focus on capital preservation while creating shareholder value in both the private and public sector.
Mr. Weingarten currently serves as Chairman for TFS Trade Finance Solutions Inc., BAM Technology Inc. and Keda Consulting Services, Inc.
Prior assignments include Chairman and CEO for Commercial Consolidators, Corp. from 1999 to 2002. Prior to CCC Mr. Weingarten was the Chairman and CEO for Complete Tele-Management, Corp. from 1997 to 1999, Preferred Management, Corp. from 1994 to 1996 and Consumer Telephone, Corp. from 1991 to1993. Mr. Weingarten was the CEO of Network Business Supply, Inc. from 1979 to 1991 and Majestic Paper from 1982 to 1991.
Marius Silvasan, MBA
CEO and President
Mr. Silvasan serves as ONE’s CEO, President and Director since June 2009.
Mr. Silvasan is a leader and senior executive with over 17 years experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, marketing, sales and finance.
Mr. Silvasan has raised capital to fund various acquisitions and assist with organic growth.
Mr. Silvasan is currently the Chairman of Abacus World, Corp and Abacus Global Investments, Corp. and also founded TelePlus World, Corp (NASDAQ: TLPE) in 1998. Mr. Silvasan still serves as TelePlus’ Chairman and CEO. In his capacity as Chairman for Abacus Mr. Silvasan has acquired extensive experience in Asia.
Prior, Mr. Silvasan also held the positions of President and CEO for Visioneer Calling Card Inc. and Alliance TeleCard Corp. and National Sales Manager for The Home Phone Club.
Graduate of HEC University in Montreal, Mr. Silvasan holds an undergrad in business and an MBA (2003).
Min Zhao

Mr. Zhao is a pioneer in the Bioengineering industry with over 10 years of experience;
Mr. Zhao has served in senior positions in companies ranging from general manager to chairman;
Mr. Zhao has over 20 years of business experience leading various types of companies since graduating from the Chinese People's Liberation Army University.
Cris Neely
CFO
Mr. Neely serves as ONE’s CFO and Director since august 2009.
Mr. Neely was previously the CFO of TelePlus World, Corp. from 2006 to 2009 and prior to TelePlus the CFO of Siemens Enterprise Networks located in Boca Raton, Florida from 1999 – 2005.
Mr. Neely also held various other executive positions with Siemens Enterprise Networks including Senior Vice President Business Transformation, Director Internal Audit, Director of Finance for Wireless Terminals and Area Financial Manager.
Mr. Neely has also held management positions with ROLM, IBM and Cisco during his career. After leaving Siemens in 2005, Mr. Neely worked as a consultant for small/medium organizations focusing on SOX compliance, revenue recognition and financial/operational business assessments.
Mr. Neely holds a Bachelor of BA – Finance degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Amberton University.
